Ingredients

60 cocktail sausages
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp runny honey
3 tbsp soy sauce

Handy Hint

Order the sausages from your butcher a few days or a week before you need them, as if you're doing this outside of Christmas you may not be able to find cocktail sausages when you need them.

Method

1. Heat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190C
2. Combine the oil, honey and soy until well mixed and the roll the sausages in the dressing until completely covered.
3. Put sausages in a roasting tin and then cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning sausages occasionally to brown them all over.
4. Cool a little before serving to children.
