Ingredients1tbsp vegetable oil1chopped red onion 1 chopped red pepper 2 chicken breasts sliced 1tbsp cornflour 1 peeled crushed garlic clove 1" peeled grated fresh ginger 200ml chicken stock 2tbsp honey 1tbsp tomato ketchup 1tbsp soy sauce 1tsp sesame seeds 1tbsp sesame oil |

MethodCombine garlic, ginger, stock, hone, ketchup, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.Coat chicken in cornflour. Stir fry chicken and veg in a wok,in hot vegetable oil, until chicken is cooked and veg are softening. Add liquid mixture and bring to boil. Simmer until thickens. Serve with noodles or rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. | |||||||||||||||||||
