Ingredients2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced2 chicken breasts 1 leek, sliced 12 grapes, halved 150ml chicken stock 1 tbsp oil |

Method1. Heat oil and add chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add sweet potato, leeks and stock. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.3. Add grapes. 4. Blend to desired thickness. | |||||||||||||||||||||
