Ingredients

3/4 Cup sifted organic Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup organic virgin coconut oil or butter
6 Eggs
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder

Handy Hint

It is Gluten Free, High Fibre and Low Carbs. When using gluten free flour, it will increase the number of eggs in a normal recipe

Method

1. Blend together eggs, butter, honey and salt.

2. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into a better until there are no lumps.

3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 175C
for 40 minutes.

4. Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
