Ingredients250g pack of mushroomsOne pack of garlic Boursin 200g packet of watercress or rocket Enough butter to fry |

Method1. Slice up mushrooms and fry for a few minutes in butter.2. Once cooked stir in a whole pack of garlic Boursin. 3. Serve on a bed of watercress or rocket. Or serve up on toast with a layer of watercress/rocket topped with the mushrooms in Boursin sauce. It's quick, easy and tastes great. Also looks fab for a dinner party. | |||||||||||||||||||||
