Ingredients1 200g tin of corned beef (diced)
1 large shallot (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
Shredded savoy cabbage or finely sliced broccoli (a couple of large handfuls!)
Grated cheese (optional)
Method1. Gently fry shallot and garlic in butter and/or oil in large pan.
2. Add corned beef and dash of Worcestershire sauce.
3. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins or so.
4. Meanwhile, steam shredded cabbage/broccoli. Add mushrooms and cook for a further couple of minutes.
5. Add veg to corned beef.
Serve with a grating of cheddar if you like!
