Ingredients2 carrots1 onion 1 large leek 2 sticks of celery 3 potatoes Chicken stock Curry powder Chilli powder Garlic salt |

Method1. Peel and chop everything then place in a large pan.2. Add chicken stock to cover veg. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 20 mins until everything is soft. 3. Add spices to taste then blend half the soup and keep the other half chunky! | |||||||||||||||||||||
