Ingredients2 large handfuls frozen carrots1 tin sweetcorn 2 tsp vegetable bouillion powder 1 tsp dried sage Chopped parsley or chives (to serve) |

Method1. Put the vegetables, boullion powder and dried sage in a pan, and cover with boiling water.2. Simmer for 10 minutes, the blitz with a blender, adding more water if needed. 3. Serve sprinkled with fresh, finely chopped herbs. | |||||||||||||||||||||
