Ingredients1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp salt 4 tbsp chicken tikka paste (or whatever curry paste suits your taste - I use Patak's and ring the changes) 2 tsp minced ginger from jar 2 tsp minced garlic 4 tbsp greek yoghurt 8-12 chicken thighs (or breasts/pieces to suit) |
Handy HintRecipe says to grill but I do them in oven. (I mix all the ingredients and marinade in one step). |

Method1. Mix lemon, cumin and salt and spread over chicken.2. Mix ginger, garlic and yoghurt. Pour this over the chicken and leave to marinade. 2. Place in the oven until cooked through - around 45mins depending on your choice of meat. | |||||||||||||||||||||
