Ingredients

225g digestive biscuits (crushed)
110g butter
4 tsp drinking chocolate
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tsp soft brown sugar
110g dark cooking chocolate

Method

1. Melt the butter, drinking chocolate, golden syrup and soft brown sugar gently over heat in a pan.
2. Once melted add crushed up digestive biscuits and smooth into a square (preferably silicone) cake tray. Leave to set overnight in the fridge.
3. In the morning, boil a saucepan of water and place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan. Break the dark cooking chocolate into squares and place into the bowl, stirring the chocolate until it has melted.
4. Pour the chocolate onto the digestive mix and leave to set in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
4. Once the chocolate has cooled and set, enjoy a sinful but delightful treat!

if you were to add a tub of marscapone ,sweetened with a little icing sugar <mixed well> before you top with chocolate ., youd have chocolate cheesecake.
