Chorizo sausage, (cut into inch sections)
Red/yellow pepper, (sliced)
Method1. Par boil new portatoes for 10 mins.
2. Put all ingredients into a baking tray, arrange so they all touch the botom.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 35 mins at 200 degrees.
4. Serve with crusty bread.
