Ingredients1 pack fresh spinach (200-250g)150g cream cheese 1 can tuna (in brine) Pasta Parmesan cheese |
Handy HintThe tuna can be replaced by canned boneless salmon. The sauce is also nice with rice, baked potato - or by itself...It can be made in advance with tuna though not so great with salmon (takes a stronger taste) |

Method1. Put pasta to cook as usual.2. Cook the washed spinach, when wilted, chop it a bit. 3. Then add tuna, flake it (on low heat). 4. Add the cream cheese and mix it till it makes a sauce. My daughter loves Parmesan cheese so I add some to the sauce and mix it well - but could be without, or with cheddar. | |||||||||||||||||||||
