Ingredients

1tsp lazy garlic
1tsp mustard powder
2 chicken breast
0.5-1L of chicken stock
250ml creme freche
new potatoes
green veg
honey to drizzle

Handy Hint

gently fry chicken before if prefer a golden colour

Method

1) Mix garlic, mustard, stock and creme freche in large bowl.
2) Place chicken breasts, new potatoes and green veg in large cooking pot/casserole dish.
3) Pour stock mixture over chicken
4) Drizzle honey on top (according to taste)
cook at 190c for 30mins
