Method1) Sprinkle dry peri peri seasoning on the chicken breasts and then grill until cooked through.2)While chicken is cooking, boil the pasta. 3)Chop up the salad materials in to small pieces. 4)Once the pasta is cooked cool in a colander and stir in mayonnaise. 5)Chop the peri peri chicken into small chunks and allow to cool before adding to to the pasta. 6) Finally add the salad to the pasta and mix well. | |||||||||||||||||||||
