Method1. In a bowl combine the black beans and tomatoes.2. Stir in coriander, chilli and salt. 3. Cook the salmon fillets on a barbecue or pan fry for three or four minutes each side until cooked through. 4. Serve salmon with the salsa and a green salad. | |||||||||||||||||||||
