Ingredients

2 eggs
170g flour
2-3 slices of bacon (finely chopped)
8 oz chicken stock (optional, this can be replaced with whichever herbs you prefer)
2-3 spring onions (for traditional Chinese version, but this works with a finely chopped onion, too)
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for frying

Method

1. Mix the ingredients, fry and flip as usual!

Is the chicken stock a substitute for milk? If so, how can it be optional, you need some liquid to make batter. And shouldn't the bacon be cooked first?
