Ingredients

9 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 pint milk
1 lemon, juice only
1 apple (grated)
1 tbsp runny honey
50g ground hazelnuts
25g sunflower seeds

Handy Hint

Make the night before and change recipe to your liking eg try ground almonds, add dried fruit or fresh blueberries.

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge to soak.
2. Serve with yogurt.
