Ingredients225g unsalted butter (softened)225g caster sugar 4 eggs Finely grated zest 1 orange 225g self-raising flour Chocolate chunks (as many as you like) |

Method1. Heat oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4.2. Beat together the butter and sugar until pale and creamy, then add the eggs, one at a time, slowly mixing through. 3. Sift in the flour, then add the orange zest and mix until well combined. 4. Put cupcake cases into the cupcake tray, then spoon in the mixture and level the top with a spoon. 5. Bake for 10-15 mins until a thin skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean. These cupcakes are really yummy on their own of with a chocolate cream icing! | |||||||||||||||||||||
