Ingredients

Packet filo pastry
1 tin baked beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Cooked sausages
Cheese (grated)
Butter (melted)

Handy Hint

Keep the filo pastry damp or it has a tendency to break. Mind you, to be honest, it adds to the "thow it all together" syle of the dish!

Method

1. Grease a pyrex dish with melted butter.
2. Line the dish with filo pastry (I used about 4 sheets). Brush melted butter between layers.
3. Bake the pastry blind in oven (180C) for about 10 mins.
4. Pour in beans, tomatoes, chopped sausage. Grate cheese on the top. Cover with a couple more sheets of filo (brush melted butter as before).
5. After about 10-15 mins (or when pastry looks cooked), serve with veg.

Threw this together this evening as the filo pastry needed using up. The kids loved it! Really easy, really quick and dead simple!
