Method1. Cut meat into small cubes. Chop onion and potatoes.2. Brown meat in small amount of olive oil, then add onion and potatoes and cook for 5 mins. 3. Transfer to slow cooker, add the jar of curry paste and slow cook for 6-8 hours on low, or overnight. 4. Serve with naan bread and raitha made with plain yoghurt, chopped cucumber and mint. | |||||||||||||||||||||
