Handy HintThread onto skewers for tasty kebabs or serve in warm pitta breadd with minty yoghurt dressing. Also great party/picnic food when made with chicken wings or niblets. |

Method1. Crush the coriander and cumin seeds with a pinch of salt.2. Stir into the yoghurt with the lime juice. 3. Add the chicken pieces and leave to marinade in fridge for at least four hours. 4. Grill until golden and serve with garnish of fresh coriander. | |||||||||||||||||||||
