Ingredients

250g mince
1 onion (peeled and chopped)
1 leek (washed, peeled and chopped)
1 pepper (de-seeded and chopped)
1 tsp chilli poweder (to taste)
1 to 2 cloves of garlic (to taste)
Handful of mushrooms (chopped)
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp olive oil

Handy Hint

Change pepper for another spice - oregano gives an Italian feel.

Method

1. Brown the mince in the olive oil.
2. Add the vegetables, stir.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes.
4. Leave to reduce, season and serve.
