Handy HintAdding a litle grated cheese over the potato before putting in the oven creates a lovely cheesy crust. Base mixture easily frozen. |

MethodCook potatoes ready to mash.1. In a hot pan with some oil, soften onion with garlic, then add sausages and bacon and brown. 2. Add the other ingredients (apart from the mash) and, cover and simmer for 15 mins. 3. Put mixture in casserole dish, cover with mashed potato and cook in oven (180 degrees) for 20 mins or until browned. | |||||||||||||||||||||
