Method1. Preheat oven to 180C.2. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes. 3. Carefully cut each skin into quarters - leave about 5mm of flesh on each one - you should now have four equal sized skins for each potato. 4. Put these on a baking tray and spray with olive oil, bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Serve with your choice of dip/salsa. | |||||||||||||||||||||
