Ingredients200g porridge oats
50g chopped dates or raisins
25g chopped walnuts
2 tsp mixed spice
2 to 3tbsp honey
100ml skimmed milk
2 egg yolks
Method1. Mix the oats, dates or raisins, walnuts and spices thoroughly.
2. Add the honey, milk and egg yolks.
3. Mix thoroughly put on a baking tin 2 to 3cm deep.
4. Bake 20-30 mins until set, remove, cool & slice
