Ingredients125g self-raising flour125g unsalted butter (room temperature) 125g caster sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 1 tbsp milk |

Method1. Pre-heat oven to 180c and line a cup-cake tray with paper cases2. Put all the ingredients (except the milk) in a blender 3. Blend until smooth, add the milk and spoon into cup-cake cases 4. Cook in oven for approximately 15 minutes. 5. Leave to cool then ice | |||||||||||||||||||||
