Ingredients500g tagliatelle2 large courgettes (grated) 1/2 a lemon (zested and juiced) 100g cheddar cheese (grated) 300ml tub of half-fat crème fraiche 200g ham (torn up) |
Handy HintYou could add a small amount of the cooking water from the tagliatelle if the sauce seems a bit dry. This turns out slightly differently each time I make it. |

Method1. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling, salted water2. Fry the ham in a bit of oil. When it starts to turn brown add the grated courgette 3. When the courgette has wilted a bit add the lemon juice and zest 4. Add the grated cheese and creme fraiche 5. Season to taste 6. Add to the cooked, drained tagliatelle 7.
