Ingredients

500g sweet potato (peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces)
500g baby potatoes
100ml sour cream
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 gherkins (chopped finely)
Handful of dill (chopped)

Handy Hint

Eat this with everything picnicky/barbecuey.

Method

1. Boil the potatoes, putting the sweet potatoes into the pot 5 minutes after the baby ones, otherwise they will go mushy.
2. Mix the sour cream, mayo, gherkins and dill together.
3. Drain the potatoes once cooked, and leave to cool.
4. Stir the sauce in
