Ingredients1/2 red onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
Handful of butternut squash in small cubes
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 handful frozen quorn mince
Pinch of ried oregano and basil
1 tbsp cream cheese
Method1. Fry onion and garlic and squash till onion is soft.
2. Add tomatoes, herbs and quorn mince and simmer for 15 minutes or more.
3. Take off heat and stir in cream cheese.
4. Serve on pasta.
