Ingredients100g digestive biscuits,2 tbsp butter (melted) 1 1/2 cups cream cheese ½ cup condensed milk (adjust according to taste) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp gelatine dissolved in warm water. |

Method1. Crush biscuits and butter together and lay in base of 6 pan. Refrigerate for an hour.2. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice together. Stir in gelatine and pour filling over base. 3. Refrigerate for 4 hours, till set. | |||||||||||||||||||||
