Ingredients1.5kg chickenJuice of one lemon 1 chicken stock cube Half pint water 1 tbsp cornflour or some chicken gravy granules |

Method1. Put whole chicken into pressure cooker with lemon juice, stock cube and water. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.2. Reduce pressure at room temperature. 3. Lift the chicken out and thicken the stock with the cornflour or gravy granules and serve this sauce with the chicken. | |||||||||||||||||||||
