Ingredients1 small red onion1 small garlic glove (crushed) 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tsp ketchup 1 tbsp hot water 2 small round pitta (or 1 large) 50g cheese Plus toppings of your choice (we use peppers, cherry tomatos, sweetcorn, olives etc) |

Method1. Chop & fry the onion, add the garlic & cook for 1 minute then stir in the purree, ketchup & water.2. Split the pittas in half & toast lightly then divide the tomato base between the pittas & spread right to the edges. 3. Grate the cheese & sprinkle on top of the pittas. 4. Choose your favourite toppings, pop on top of the pittas, we usually make them into funny faces. 5. Grill for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted. | |||||||||||||||||||||
