Handy HintThis is a good soup for people on a diet and is adapted from a slimming world recipe (which uses sweeteners instead of sugar and doesn't use any balsamic) |

Method1. Chop onion, carrot and celery and fry gently for 3-5 mins in a large pan.2. Place rest of ingredients in to the pan, bring to the boil and then simmer for 15-20 mins. 3. Leave to cool slightly before blending until a smoother consistency can be seen (though not fully) | |||||||||||||||||||||
