Method1. Bung everything into food processor and whizz around. Or into a bowl and mix well.2. Roll out to about 1/2 cm thickness then use cutters to make cookies of around 1.5cm diameter. Cut peepholes in half of the biscuits. 3. Bake in hot oven (200°C) for about 11 minutes. 4. Leave to cool then put the biscuits together with jam in the middle. | |||||||||||||||||||||
