Ingredients

6 mushrooms
Splash of lemon juice to your taste
1 tsp cream cheese
1/2 a garlic clove
1 tsp butter
Roughly a tsp of each ingredients to 6 mushrooms

Handy Hint

try adding spices or herbs to give a twist

Method

1. Chop mushrooms into large chunks.
2. Place garlic, lemon juice,garlic and butter in a high heated fry pan.
3. Cook for 3 mins till mushrooms are soft but not slimy.
Place in bowl and add cream cheese.

easy and quick nice if in a rush and good on toast for a more filling meal has a slight exotic twist with the lemon. I find I can make this in the adverts of a TV program.
