Ingredients

150g (6oz) butter
50g (2oz) smooth peanut butter
100g (4oz) caster sugar.
100g (4oz) soft brown sugar
4 Weetabix (crumbled)
1 egg (beaten)
150g plain flour (6oz)

Handy Hint

Makes about 30 cookies.

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees. Beat the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar together until soft.
2. Add the egg, flour and Weetabix and mix to a firm dough.
3. Divide into balls and place on a greased baking tray, flatten a little and bake at 190C for 10-12 mins until golden brown.
