Method1. Chop and fry the onion in a tablespoon of oil. Dampen the bread slightly with wet hands and tear roughly.2. Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor. Then mix with the onion and form into little balls in the same mixing bowl. 3. Pour the rest of the oil over the little balls. Cook in a hot oven (190C, 170C for fan assisted) for 30 mins. | |||||||||||||||||||||
