Ingredients

100g dark chocolate
100g milk or dark chocolate
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
200g mascarpone cheese
cocoa powder to dust

Handy Hint

Use double cream instead of marscarpone if required

Method

1. Line baking tray.
2. Melt dark chocolate and spoon into 20 paper sweet cases spreading up the side with a spoon.
3. Place upside down and leave to set then peel away cases.
4. Melt dark or milk chocolate. place marscapone cheese and beat in extract and melted chocolate.
5. Leave to chill, beating occasionally until firm to pipe.
6. Pipe into cups and dust with cocoa powder
