Method1. Cut the top of the garlic bulb off and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in aliminium foil and place in pre-heated oven (175) and roast for about 1-1.5 hours depending on size.2. Roast the pinenuts in a tiny bit of oil and salt till nicely coloured. 3. Warm up the French sticks (or make your own)and cut into slices and serve when warm 4. You take a slice of the baquette and squeeze out one clove of garlic and then add little bit of the goats cheese and top with the pinenuts. | |||||||||||||||||||||
