Ingredients

French sticks or baquettes
Whole bulb of garlic
Olive oil
Pine nuts
Soft goats cheese

Handy Hint

Pinenuts burn really easy so please watch them!

Method

1. Cut the top of the garlic bulb off and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in aliminium foil and place in pre-heated oven (175) and roast for about 1-1.5 hours depending on size.
2. Roast the pinenuts in a tiny bit of oil and salt till nicely coloured.
3. Warm up the French sticks (or make your own)and cut into slices and serve when warm
4. You take a slice of the baquette and squeeze out one clove of garlic and then add little bit of the goats cheese and top with the pinenuts.

This is a really nice starter especially if you have a dinner party where not all people know each other as it always seems to be an icebreaker as ours!
