Handy HintThese make great gifts. The Baileys Cream can be substituted with double cream to make them suitable for children. |

Method1. Melt chocolate, Baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat.2. Whisk in egg yolks, one at a time, mixture will thicken. 3. Whisk in butter. 4. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm. 5. With spoon, make small balls. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles etc. 6. Place in festive cupcake or candy wrappers, place in little candy box or plastic wrap with some ribbon. | |||||||||||||||||||||
