1 huge egg or 2 small ones
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking soda (and, if you are very bad, a pinch of salt)
Method1. Get the kids to mix all the ingredients together.
2. Melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan and when very hot spoon a ladleful of pancake mixture into pan.
3. Ensure mixture spreads out to a smooth circle in pan.
4. Cook for about two mins (until golden brown) then flip over and cook on other side.
Serve with lots of goodies (our faves are bacon or summer fruits) eg traditional lemon and sugar or nutella and banana.
