Method1. Heat oven to 160C. You'll need a shallow baking dish that will fit the plums halved in one layer.2. Halve plums, remove stones and lie in dish, cut side down. 3. Put all other ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over plums, cover dish tightly with foil (or lid if it has one) and bake for one hour or till plums tender. | |||||||||||||||||||||
