Ingredients6 medium potatoes (unpeeled, sliced)570g (1 1/4 lbs) 90% lean ground beef 455g (16oz) can kidney beans 425g (15oz) can diced tomatoes 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 clove garlic (minced) 2 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper |

Method1. In a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, rinse with hot water and drain.2. Mix flour into diced tomatoes, stir until flour is smooth. 3. Layer into slow cooker in the following order: onion, beef, potatoes, garlic and beans. 4. Pour tomatoes over all and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. | |||||||||||||||||||||
