Ingredients1 pack halloumi (sliced)4 pieces of wholemeal bread Sweet chilli dipping sauce Handful of baby leaf spinach Red onion (thinly sliced) Freshly ground pepper |

Method1. Put bread in toaster.2. When bread is toasted, spread butter on top, place halloumi between two slices and pan fry on both sides, with no oil, for about 10 minutes. 2. Layer with plenty of fresh spinach and slices of red onion and then dribble on sweet chilli sauce (generously!), finishing with freshly ground pepper. | |||||||||||||||||||||
