Ingredients

1 large frozen banana
1/2 pint milk
Honey / syrup (optional)

Handy Hint

Get into the habit of chucking your past-it bananas into the freezer and you can make this recipe at a moment's notice. The honey / syrup is nice but not necessary (we like a squirt of date syrup in ours, maple would be nice too). These taste like thick, icecreamy milkshakes, but have none of the rubbish in them!

Method

1. Break up the frozen banana.
2. Chuck it into the processor with the milk and a desertspoon of honey.
3. Blitz for a minute. Serve.

This also works with other frozen fruit. Bought frozen strawberries are good.
