Ingredients1 large frozen banana1/2 pint milk Honey / syrup (optional) |
Handy HintGet into the habit of chucking your past-it bananas into the freezer and you can make this recipe at a moment's notice. The honey / syrup is nice but not necessary (we like a squirt of date syrup in ours, maple would be nice too). These taste like thick, icecreamy milkshakes, but have none of the rubbish in them! |
