Ingredients

4 lamb shanks
Sprig of rosemary
1 red onion (sliced thinly)
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 400g tins chopped tomatoes
100ml red wine

Handy Hint

The meat will have produced a bit of fat during cooking so spoon off stew and discard prior to eating. Ideal to serve with couscous or mash, and because it's salt free you can purée it for baby and all eat together - my 9 month old loved it and so does hubby!

Method

1. Simply mix all the ingredients together in the slow cooker and then push your lamb shanks into the mixture.
2. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
