Handy HintYou can vary the chocolate mix as long as you stick roughly to the same weight of 150g. White choc and dried cherries and cranberries is delish, choc and raisin etc. |

MethodIn a roomy bowl, soften butter in the microwave and beat in the sugars.Add the beaten egg, salt, vanilla, bicarb and mix well. Add the chopped chocolate and stir, then mix in the flour. The mix will be quite stiff. Put dessert spoonfuls of mix onto a baking sheet, spacing them well apart as the cookie will spread. Bake at about 180 for 10-12 mins. | |||||||||||||||||||||
