Handy HintThis is a really flexible recipe, you can substitute brandy or rum or any liquor really. |

MethodMix everything together in a big basin.I have successfully used it at this stage and just store it in the fridge. However St Delia leaves hers over night to allow the flavours to mingle, then she heats it gently in the oven to melt the suet and then she jars it in sterilised jars and stores it for months.
