MethodBrown the sausages (ideally in a frying pan so that you can conserve the juices)Fry off the onion and garlic in a saucepan. Add the beans, tomatoes and wine to the onions, then allow to simmer for 20+ minutes. Add the sausages and any juices (adds to the flavour) | |||||||||||||||||||||
