Ingredients

potatoes, piece of undyed smoked fish, piece of unsmoked white fish, handful of prawns cooked (Frozen or fresh) piece of salmon (optional)frozen peas, milk, plain flour, margarine, 2-3- boiled eggs.

Method

peel cook and mash enough potatoes for amount of people.
Boil the fish in milk, enough to cover, add dried parsley a teaspoon full, salt and pepper, boil for 8 minutes until fish is cooked.
Strain the liquid off and keep in a jug, flake th fish into an ovenproof dish and reove any skin. Make a white sauce with milk from the milk kept. Mix with the fish along with the prawns and a handful of frozen peas and chopped up boiled eggs. Top with mashed potato and cook in the oven for 20 mins at 180 degees c

I found this recipe really easy to use especially as I cant stand fish myself. I'm only cooking this for the sake of my dd. I didn't use the eggs as we had none in the house, but it worked none the less and was all eaten up,even by me, the sauce was enought o cover the fish taste - although I did have to look up how to make a white sauce!
